The Garage Tile Shop ships to UK mainland & some international destinations. For a quote to an international destination, please contact us for a delivery cost.

We offer a fast and best value shipping service for our products in the UK, Europe & around the world. If you find anyone offering cheaper or faster shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to beat them!

We strive to deliver your goods in a timely manner. We offer 3 shipping options, depending on the weight and size of your goods. Your order will either be shipped through Royal Mail (samples and small items), one of our trusted couriers or delivered on a pallet using our preferred pallet network.

We strive to deliver your order within 1-5 days of purchase for products that are in stock. It is important to note that some products may be subject to a lead time. This should be stated on the product page of the product you are ordering however you can also check with ourselves prior to placing your order.

The order must be thoroughly checked upon receipt of delivery in the presence of the delivery driver to check for damages.  Please unwrap the packaging to inspect the order.  

In the event that there is damage to the order, you must notify the driver immediately and state on the driver’s paperwork/delivery note clearly as ‘damaged order on delivery, when inspected in the presence of the driver’. You must notify us immediately in the presence of the driver of the damage by calling tel: 0116 4030 285

In the event that the order is not inspected and not stated as damaged on receipt of the delivery, we will not be able to offer any remedy to rectify the damage.

Items ordered with the courier or pallet option will require a signature upon delivery.
